Hi, I’m LeCha Brown!

I’m a former special education teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience and the founder of Reaching Exceptional Learners in 2015.

I created this morning work system while teaching in the classroom and have used it daily with my own students. I was able to help my students grow through routine, structure and expectations.

Now, I strive to help others like you. My hope is to help you establish routines, systems, create predictability, and establish structure in your classroom.

I want to help you take your mornings from chaotic to predictable, effective and grounded in learning.
